What's the "X" factor for you? Disregard the intellectual considerations and think about which watches really, and I mean REALLY, speak to you emotionally. To me, that's the deciding factor as it likely will bring you the most enjoyment. I think folks become serial flippers because they're in constant search of that special "feeling" they get when looking at and wearing a watch. It can become a very expensive quest. Here, you have an opportunity to identify one watch or multiple watches which you really "dig." I think that criterion will bring you the most satisfaction.

Highly collectible? No way. The only version of the BB that might hold value, forget about being highly collectable, is the ETA black bezel version. They made thousands and thousands and thousands of the red versions.

If you keep both and get the EXP2, then you have a perfect land, sea, and air trio. With three very respected brands represented.

Unless you just can't stand the sight of the two you've got anymore, I believe that's what I would do.

Should I sell these to buy that?

Agree, ETA-based BBN will be most desirable of the colors, but neither will be "highly collectible"...ever. They are modern, mass production Tudors, even with the limited run...don't base your decision on this (hopeful) myth. Sales forums are brimming with heavily discounted BBs, with prices dropping (not increasing) daily. Great watch, but no Sub.

What Speedy ?
If it's a modern version, fine, can be rebought easily enough later if you miss it. What if it's a DON Ed White straight lug ? That would be like someone telling to trade your "sub" to later find out it was a pristine 6538....
I have an Explorer II (216570) and a Speedy ( pre moon) I wouldn't sell the speedy to get a modern Rolex

The speedy is a modern sapphire sandwich model.

Life is short, get the watch you really want and don't look back. If you need to flip the other two in order to achieve it, go for it.

Easy decision if you ask me. Sell both and get the SubC, you will not regret that decision at all

How do you conclude that? I own a Rolex DD, DJ41 and SubC Date and the speedy is my most worn watch outside work hours.

I really would like to hear how you can even back up such a claim - or are you just projecting your points of view on others?

I would sell it but only to get a vintage or at least a modern hesalite version.

I sold off all of my Rolex for Tudor. BB is just a way better wearing watch to me.

Now if you said sell the BBN for a 16600 Seadweller, now you're talking. But not for a ceramic sub for me.

That speedy is easily had again if you wanted it back. So I can go either way on that one.
