Canadian Navy issued Tudor sub!

Hello from Calgary. I have obtained a 1990, Submariner 79090 directly from retired RCN clearance diver earlier this year. Original on bracelet and a Tudor nato also. Would like to get more information on the watch service centre Pacific Fleet that was in Victoria. Can anyone help?

I suspect not, they are very white and look untarnished..... typically expect them to look like this one, interesting story and Canadian MS pieces though, I have a a few H.M. Commando - Special Boat Services 7928 small roses.
