Didn't understand 7 yrs ago then after fell in love w/ Rolex brand, soon realized that LV is a must have watch. Opportunity came by last October and snagged it in a heart beat!

didn't like it from the picture. Touched by a girl's story on her passion and pursuit of this watch, then tried one in AD and can't resist the emerald green sunburst dial.

Bought it a few years ago, got bored of it then sold it. Just got another one and I am enjoying it more the second time around.

I couldn't stand it for the longest time. When I was at my jeweler last year I tried one on (he had a used one for sale, didn't ask for the price). It grew on me quickly. Fast forward months later -- I joined TRF and learn about insane the market is for this piece and its cult" following. After seeing it on my own wrist, I can see why people love it so much. It would never be a daily for me personally, but love the idea of it being a fun "weekend" watch.

Liked it when I tried it on but couldn't afford to have 2 Rolex at the same time and didn't want it for a daily. Now I can afford a 2nd one and I'm currently waiting, supposedly #2 on a list.

18 year Bluesy owner didn’t care for the initial anniversary Sub with just a green bezel change. The current LVc is a different animal with its sunburst dial. Everything I like about the Bluesy face is on the LVc but in a all SS package. Both green and Blue have shown to go with everything. I wouldn’t/don’t get tired of green any more than blue.

Love the dial, okay with the bezel, hate the maxi case lugs which unfortunately kill it for me. On the bright side it removes some pressure on Rolex SS sports watch demand :)

I thought it was hideous when I first saw pictures. I keep imagining having to wear a shiny lime green suit to match the ugly watch. Then I saw one in-person. It is a stunning watch and I hope to get one.

Never hated it but was unsure. Once I saw one in person, I really liked it. I have always liked the Sub LB sunburst and the LV dial has the same magic. Was very close to putting a deal together for one right before the market went crazy. Now I am not willing to pay the premium.

I always hated it but then one day I had the opportunity to buy one and suddenly I liked it...

Just kidding, it’s great but I ended up flipping for AP ceramic diver.

I find the Hulk kind of funny! I bought one 4 or 5 years ago, had it 6 months and was really tired of it bc i HATED it with dress clothes and felt it clashed with a lot of outfits. I couldn't give it away and finally sold it for $6800. Fast forward 4 years later AND Rolex floats a rumor they are discontinuing it and now its the greatest watch ever. LMAO!! If i was a big Jets fan or Norte Dame alum, it would be a keeper. I only miss it on St Pats Day......

I have to say, I finally drank the look aid. And because I am impatient, I paid a premium. when I first saw the Hilk at the Ad, I could not get into a green in green divers watch. And I am a huge sub fan. But every time I saw it, especially in these forums, it grew on me. Greenbis my favorite color and green means money. I finally succumbed to the dark side and had to get it. I paired it with my SD43. It isn’t my daily wear, but when the light hits that dial, I am enamored!! So I am a hate then love guy!!

The current Hulk is not for me.

I wanted one badly until I saw it and tried it on at the AD. I like the idea of a green Sub, but this one has deal breakers. The instant I saw it I just knew I didn't like it, and boy did I want to like it.

Maybe a next gen Hulk with no super case, a deeper green bezel, a less vivid sunburst dial or better still a satin dial, a 41.5mm case and the 3235 inside. And hopefully we won't call it Hulk..

Didn't hate it but just wasn't interested. I am not a big green color enthusiast but finally fell to it's charms. I picked it up just before the histeria but glad I did add it.

I'm on the fence. I've seen some great pictures and it is stunning in some regards, but I don't know that it would get enough wrist time to justify the cost.

This is the way I felt about the 16610LV until I was offered one. I still cannot wrap my brain around the ceramic inserts and larger case.

A few years ago I didn't really like it from pics, then went in to see a BLNR and found I much preferred the LVc, then this summer I went in nearly all set on the D-Blue and saw the LVc again and I knew that was the one.

add me to the list my friend!

It was actually a double whammy for me. I'd been out of the watch game for a while at the time. I wore my one and only 16610 for almost 10 years when I saw the hideous green monster lol.

Not only did the green make me sick, but it was also the first time I saw the new case style with the terribly proportioned lugs haha.

Anyway, I saw it in person finally and the rest is history. Probably my favorite watch now.
