Lovely pictures!

In Rolex GMT language, BL is "bleu", RO is "rouge" NR is "noir". What does CH stand for?

Chocolat

CHNR stands for Chocolate, Not Root beer

(joking, of course)

I guess that was a bit obvious! I guess they prefer milk chocolate at Rolex!

I'm curious if it's the same color of brown ceramic as on the 116506 platinum Daytona. On that model it's called "chestnut brown" so it's also possible that CH is actually Chestnut.

Documentation on the CHNR models only say the bezel insert is brown and black ceramic.

Of the photos I’ve seen of the CHNR, the brown seems lighter in color than that of the Platona. Looks fabulous to me!

So, has anyone done a comparison of the lugs on the new models. I'm struggling to see any difference.

I think it's a true medium brown. Most of their photos need color correction to be accurate. Here's the original article: https://www.luxify.de/hands-on-rolex...i-126711-chnr/

I have my name down for a Pepsi but I’m not sure I don’t prefer the CHNR.......which, please let’s just state once and for all IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A ROOT-BEER. If people wanna come up with another goofy nickname for it then fine but just having brown on it doesn’t equal root-beer. Maybe Espresso or Mocha, but not root-beer.

I'm not a TT fan and the CHNR won't change that. Not my cup of tea, or shall I say coffee in this case :-).

The colour difference between SS and WG is quite striking in this picture. I must say I prefer the tone of the SS metal. WG looks a bit yellowish, here at least.

A gray dealer posted this on Instagram the other day. The brown looks normal in this shot.

I'm staring to like the CHNR, it's growing on me, nice picture! (I wonder how much the gray was asking over MSRP for it)

Not sure what the gray above was asking but there's currently one in Germany for $22,055 USD after shipping.

I don't recall this much hype around a two-tone Rolex... ever.

This thread makes the BLRO in SS look even better than before. The CHNR, not so much.

+1. The CHNR on a TT jubilee would've been my favorite Rolex release since the LVc. Still a great looking watch though.
