My first was a white Milgauss. I was a big flipper in the beginning because I was trying to make one watch work for everything. I finally realized adding to the collection is the way to go. I recently re-acquired the white Milgauss, but now my twin brother is rocking it! He and I will probably swap watches when I'm in Michigan for 4th of July. Can't wait to see the Milgauss again. I really need one back in the rotation. Air-King or a Z Blue would do the trick.

I sold if off last year and don’t have any regrets. Of course since then, I have added to my collection, owning a total of 4 other Rolex’s now. I just don’t miss that watch nor do I miss having a Submariner.

Current models are:

Black DaytonaC
GMT II BLNR
16710 Pepsi No lug Pepsi GMT
OP 39 with the Rhodium dial

Here is a pic of my old sub though.

Great collection Jeff! I'm always curious how people work a collection as it grows. Do you have one you wear much more than the others? Or do you work them all in?

Can't sell mine. 10 year wedding anniversary gift from my wife. Well that was the excuse I gave her when I bought it...

My first nice watch was an Omega Seamaster I purchased in 1998, which I still have. Even though I prefer Rolex to Omega by far now, sentimentally I'd have a harder time selling my Omega than my first Rolex.

My first was a 16613LB bought back in 87. Worn daily for many years. She was beat to ****. Traded it in on a new Sub and yes I regret it. Even though she was beat up, I wish I would have kept her. They did not give me much on the trade in anyways. Stupid

My first was a 36 mm TT DJ with champagne dial. I bought it about 18 years ago and still have it. I don't flip watches. I buy what I like and keep them.

Yup. Big time. My first Rolex was a Y serial Sub I bought new with all the boxes and papers. Wore it for 10 years. I then flipped it for a different Rolex that I can’t remember but it’s long gone. Big regret.

Just sold my first Rolex (SD 16600) two days ago as it was just sitting in the winder for over a year. Just never wore it after getting the SD43. Put it towards a new RG DD 40 and couldn't be happier to parlay it into something I love and will wear often. Amazing to think I bought that watch over 22 years ago and just sold it for over 4X what I paid.

I try to wear them all. I have changed some of the bracelets out on them to make me feel like they are all completely different since they all have stainless bracelets. I have purchased a couple Everest bracelets and love them!
