Bought a Lange from Germany and came back to the US. Got the stamp at the Frankfurt airport and mailed paperwork to AD from the US. AD then refunds full 19% VAT back on credit card used to purchase the watch. No global blue .

Yes some AD's do that, but not many, my swiss AD Does better, I don't pay the tax, he gives me the papers and trusts me to stamp them at the airport, one time I arrived too late at the airport to do it, so I came back to Switzerland 2 months later just to do it, so he knows I can be trusted to do it, most AD's use Global Blue or the other, it would be great if all AD's did without...
