OP for sure. The Tudor shine wears off pretty quick IMO.

I would say BB58 instead of both! but out of the two I'd probably go with the GMT. OP's are nice but a tad boring!

OP 39. The white is just stunning in the flesh as it takes on different hues depending on light.

OP39 as you already have a sub.

OP would be the most diverse but the Tudor Gmt is more interesting. I'd give the edge to the Tudor it's more in budget as well. You can only wear one at a time anyway and l don't think it would be too redundant to your Sub date with a Gmt function and a colorful bezel. If you want something more dressy l take it all back, get the OP. Also be aware Tudor has been having an issue with some Gmt dates changing incorrectly.

If you were to add another watch to a collection only consisting of a SubC date

Would it be the Tudor BB GMT or the Rolex OP39 in white or black

Would love to hear opinions

Tudor?

No.

Tudor GMT is nice at the price. But if you can spend a little more for the OP39, it is the better choice.

Well, I really like both, but they both serve a different purpose. OP simple and stunning, GMT for multi time zone and travel. Tough call. Best of luck!

The GMT wears small for a 41mm but at the end of the day, it’s still a 41mm

Go with what you want though as following the herd for opinions has never really worked for me and usually ends in regret. Both are great, so there is no wrong choice!

Both watches are very good, the Tudor GMT has more functions while the OP is more versatile in looks and build, so it depends on what you really want and you can't go wrong with any of them cause they are both amazing in their ways.

White OP. You already have a SubC Date which is more similar to the Tudor GMT. Plus, I think the more refined looking white OP would look really nice over your sleeve -- the juxtaposition of a very structured, clean, white dial over colorful, flowing tattoos.

I’m a long time fan of Tudor watches, but for that battle I’d get the white OP. If you do get the Tudor though, get it on the bracelet. It’s easy to find nice straps for it, but it’s expensive to buy a bracelet aftermarket

If I only had the Sub, I’d buy the OP as a logical choice, but this isn’t about logic. If you want/need a date or would use the GMT function, then it’s the Tudor. If you can extend your budget a bit, the DJ 41 is a great choice. The best advice is to buy the one that speaks to you. I recently picked up a Tudor GMT after seeing it in person; it’s an amazing value and I’d ignore the haters. You’ve already experienced owning other watches so I’m guessing you do have a favorite between the two you are considering...let that guide your choice.

shocking result favouring Rolex on this forum

I will declare bias on 2 fronts - I don't like/need a "dress" watch and I own the GMT - so a big no to the Rolex model here

isn't the OP the most vanilla watch in the whole line up? especially in white?

just my 2 cents worth

I suspect a lot of AD's want a lot more Tudor GMT's and BB58's that will sell immediately than they do the store full of OP's they have in stock - I know my AD does
