wait for what you want however be prepared to wait long
assuming you can get on a list your wait times can be up to 1 year BLNR 3-5 years BLRO The better the relationship the better those wait times will be if you don't have solid relationship with AD...BLNR may take longer but will come eventually but the BLRO may be never (because will you still want it after waiting more than 5 years?) |

Thanks again everyone for your diverse opinions and suggestions.
I think I'll end up buying it, and ask at the same time to be put on a waiting list for the others. It would be for daily use, so it would most likely be more suitable than its colorful cousins. |

Get the LN, take really good care of it, and if time comes you have an opportunity for the BLNR or the BLRO you should get almost all your money back to move up

I would definately buy it. I live in the UK and waiting times, well there just isnt any time schedule put on the BLNR or BLRO. My name is down at 3 different ADs and non of them were willing to give me a rough wait time.
Plus buying it will make you a customer of the AD and might help you further up the list if they do come available. |

You made the right decision.
Enjoy the heck out of that watch. So versatile. If by some chance in the future - if ever - you get offered the other watches, you may not be interested. |

5 digit can be any color you want! No wait!
I think he made the right choice for now. Brand new LN looks great. It really is more versatile. I recall when the ceramic came out people wondered if it might over take the sub with its trip lock crown and extra functionality. |

Perhaps you could purchase a 116710LN and wait for a new 126710BLRO if you don't mind selling the LN later on to keep your hobby funded? I have both the LN and BLNR, and I will tell you, only the BLNR gets wrist time; however, it is so hard to get myself to sell the LN because it is a GREAT watch. Nothing wrong with a GMT collection, right?!?!?

I have another problem now: i don't dare to wear it because I'm afraid of scratches... I guess it will pass with time.
