If you can wait until Bazel, then why not but if not then GMTIIc is a very safe decision in mine and many others opinion.

It's a toss up between the GMT2c and Milgauss. Milgauss black dial in this case since you already have the exp2. Goodluck with your decision! Can't go wrong with either!

Hmmm... 49 days until Basel... can I wait...?
 The point regarding new model lead times is well taken, but I would not mind waiting for something special. Then of course there are further price increases to consider...   Cheers
