One of the best ever made IMO.

Good for you! The dazzling colours of the LVc also helped me to buy a Breitling I had long wanted, the yellow Seawolf. I love the new cobra yellow and when I saw it on a rubber strap with yellow sides, like my red AP GP strap, which I love, I decided to pull the trigger last year. I wear it as much as my LVc now.

I love my Navitimer 8, but don’t really care for most other Breitlings. I have no problem with them, most just aren’t for me.

Don’t shoot me, I just bought a Breitling

Did you see the Breitling Navitimer 1959?!? Released BW2019. Completely accurate except new in house movement (wound). Amazing!

Thanks everyone!

I should have prefaced with saying that there are a couple SS Rolex pieces that I would have loved to add to the stable instead but I am not willing to pay multiples above msrp and not even get the ad experience!

For a tiny fraction of the cost I have gotten a piece that I could actually see myself wearing as often as my Hulk. Quality wise, obviously it’s not on par but really it’s not that far behind.

You should really enjoy that watch. Don’t let the “stick in the muds” get to you.

Nice watch and nothing wrong with it in my opinion - a lot of value for the $. I once had a Navitimer in the early 2000s. After one week, the seconds hand fell off, LoL. I returned it and got a quartz Colt Oceane. I wore that thing for 7 years straight until I got my first Sub. It went through a lot and all it ever needed was one new battery, that's it. I still appreciate it and wear it whenever I go somewhere where I feel it is safer and smarter not to wear a Rolex.

Anyone who would actually thumb down this clearly doesn't know anything about the smoking deal you lined up.

ETA2824 packaged in a rock solid case manufactured by a very reputable watch brand.

That watch will last you forever and a full service will cost you $200.

wicked! congrats!

It has a Chronometer grade Breitling modified Valjoux 7750. Mine keeps excellent time but could probably go for a service since I’ve had it since 2010...
