OP, you are young and familiar with functions of a basic forum and the internetzzzzz.... try to search up “waiting list” for your answer or even look through the 1st or 2nd page of this section. You’ll see why people comment in this manner.

Search button is like google. Ask “google” first. Need further information then feel free to ask.

To answer the OP, what are you doing on forum asking about a waitlist? The fact that you asked you already know there is one. Stop calling. ADs receive tons of calls a day. Make an effort and head to your closest AD and inquire genuinely. How is calling or emailing Paris helping you... especially when you are out of country?

Yes Sir, I am very familiar with internet, how search functions work and anything related Internet. Also I am ghost visitor of forum for 2 years.

I already know that I must go to ADs. But how can I prepare myself before going ADs? I just try to improve my knowledge about purchasing. But I really couldn't understand why people so angry about questions...

Very true. It really isn't that difficult to see if your interest has already been addressed.

You know the Speedmaster Professional is a completely different watch to the GMT Master II?

Yes I know but I need both watches in my hand

It depends on waiting time. Like I said, It will be my first great watch. I want to get started as soon as possible.

There is no waiting time. There is no list. Your AD decides if you are worthy. If you are deemed worthy you will get the watch you want.

You should work your way up the watch ladder. Only 25 what’s the need to have a Rolex GMT? You sound like you have no actual interest in watches other than to look flash, and in this case no one will think you’ve earned it, they’ll think it’s either fake or came from the bank of mum and dad. Not a good look!

It is impossible to judge someone with few sentences but you did sir. I am a watch lover person since 2014. I've built my own company in 2016 when I was 22 and now I can afford a watch that I dream. Everyone in my life knows that my success didn't come easily. Please don't judge people with few sentences or questions.

I have a collection in my mind to complete year by year. Omega Speedmaster Professional, GMT Master and FF Bathyscaphe Ceramic in medium term. I'll have them one by one. That is the point. I am not a flashy guy and I am not planning to be one of them.

What do you guys think about waiting list of new Batman? Is there anyone on the list?

Don’t bother emailing ADs, they have friends, VIPs, big spenders and locals all to look after before a random sending an email.

I get this logic that whoever is most “VIP” gets these pieces but isn’t that still a list? They’re going to sell it to someone, if their VIPs don’t want it eventually it’ll get to you. I’ve been “on list” for a while and I guess the fact that I’m not being sold an alternative and told I’m wasting my time is giving me some hope.

If you have no relationship look to drop $100k US on non-professional non SS Rolexes or jewelry....

Then the AD might give you the right to buy a new BLNR at MSRP or they may put you on the list for a BLNR, which could take up to a year or longer

that's the path these days unless you buy from grey market
