I have a sub and I love it. But if it were me, I would go gmt. It has a date, time, ability to measure time in another location, and is about equally as tough. The PCL’s on the gmt can easily be brushed.

However if you don’t like the bezel that can’t be changed and may be the decider.

I have both and reach for the GMT almost every time there's a toss-up.

To my wrist, the GMT is much more comfortable. To others there is no noticeable difference.

With the ongoing trend on GMTs, I think it will stay popular and the better choice vs submariners
