Your post taught me something... Legit had to search for the Lange double split...

I now understand the dilemma.

This is a wild market!

I'm a novice. This is clearly over my head..., stick with the 12...?

Crazy that is even a trade proposal. If you like the Double Split, in a heartbeat.

I personally wouldn't, but that is purely because I don't think the Double Split is a very wearable or practical watch for me. It's a horological marvel no doubt, many times more than what the 5712 is.
