Reduced Roman is the most beautiful but I don't know if it would like having a watch dial without luminova (Chromalight)

I love the romans on DD40, I think that is because the typeface and because it does not have full roman numbers in all positions making the dial less crowded.
In DD36 or DJ I would chose sticks, but in DD40 as lume is not key For me I chose roman in my WG silver motif dial.

Great choice. I have the same rose Roman and want a second with with motif yellow gold I like the black but I think the lighter would be a better
Compliment since the rose dial is dark!

I really like the faceted Roman numerals on the 40mm Day Date, especially because the watch has no lume.
