They're nice, but a little pricy like you say!

Mine just goes on bedside table. Like to have it to hand or at least easy to read in the night.

Do you donate the used one's to the local orphanage?

Sleep and shower in whatever you’re wearing. The rest wait their turn in service pouches.

I’m not a fan of marble. I’d prefer these with a nice wood base. In fact, using wood with a wooden dowel, they’d be easy to make!

I always tend to quickly wipe down my watch with a microfibre cloth to get rid of any skin oils or dirt from the day and back in the watch roll/case with his other buddies.

If I know I am going to wear the same watch the next day I put ot into the valet tray beside my bed (phone, wallet, watch in the same tray).

There are numerous options out there, but I do like Bulang & Son's tray and rolls. I also recently purchased through MisterChrono a Phase De Lune watch roll. That roll is top notch!

Maybe just in this picture, weird angle and all. They're quite small and elegant actually. Check them out :)

I don't think this is ridiculous. The one I'm wearing that week goes in the top dresser drawer. The one I'm not wearing stays in the safe. Then I rotate them the next week.

Call me paranoid but I put my better pieces in a home burglary safe in a leather watch box case as soon as I get home. I’ve got teenagers and their friends are hanging out at our house frequently. It only takes a minute to tuck them away and quickly becomes a habit. I’ll leave a Seiko weekend banger in my bureau valet tray but not a Rolex.

I've already seen them in person, didn't do it for me. I really like my WATCHPOD display stand, small, minimalist and modern looking. IMO it lets the watch stand out and get all the attention

That is exactly what I do. It is simple and it works. How is that ridiculous?

Over thinking something like putting your watch away is in my opinion ridiculous. All you have to think about is keeping it safe, easy to reach when you wake up and free of scratches.

I would love one of these...unfortunately I can only imagine what my cat would do when she sees one of my watches on this. They tend to have a fascination with knocking things down that aren't fixed in place...TV remote off the coffee table is one thing, a Daytona is another!

I wouldn’t keep good crystal on my bedside table. The chances of it getting knocked over are very high. I asked because I have the same issue with my watches, but I haven’t found a good solution yet.

Also, not into wearing watches while I sleep.

Do you guys use these special cloths tray etc to protect the furniture from marking by putting in most cases a SS watch which is one of the hardest materials made by man on say a wood night stand.?????

Myself have had a specially made Rolex bed made from the finest materials known to man,its lined with the finest silk and specially padded with the finest softest Pashmina as not to scratch the extremely delicate 904L SS, now called oystersteel.Plus it has a built in winder to gently rock your Rolex watch to sleep and keep its heart ticking at a constant 28800 BPH. Plus the added feature of thermostatically heat humidity and air conditioned controlled to the COSC standard just encase it gets cold. As all Rolex watches are very delicate and need extreme pampering if not they will fall apart or self destruct .The Rolex bed is fully Programmed to lull Rolex watches to sleep when off wrist, with soothing ticking and whale sounds to help it drift into a place of peace and Rolex tranquillity.

Afraid the Rolex bed is at the moment a very secret prototype but will be taking orders soon once I have it it full production price expected to be $500 -$800 owing to winder expense as these winders are very special COSC certified motor ones..

But in the real world a Rolex is just a watch and does not care how the watch is left to rest off wrist flat, downside up, crown up or downsideup or the need for a special resting cloth or special boxes when at home, or when out, like in the gym or anywhere else on this planet.

My current valet. Love it. Upper compartment is for cufflinks and can be removed. Left tray can you also be removed. I store my business cards in there, very useful. And the watch roll is self explanatory as is the phone tray with charger hole. Put my 2/3 dailys there and store the rest in a Rainer watch box.

Sorry for the bad picture and dust. Currently doing some works and the more I clean it the faster it comes back. Decided to just leave it like this for a while.

You can get something better for under $50... I have this next to my bed and it can pack up for travel. It’s made from the finest Chinese polyester and polished plastic. I use the built-in piano to play my Rolex a lullaby each night. And if her own ticking wakes her up, the bright colors and cute faces coax her back to sleep.
