The 42 mm Explorer is a bit large for you. A 40 mm would be ideal.

16600 feels tiny on my wrist compared to 116610 116610 which just makes the cut |

Watches always look bigger on wrist in photos. Go with what you feel comfortable with. You already know the answer to that without asking the question here. For what it's worth, the Explorer looks like it fits you better.
