This is my former matte black dial. (God, this thread is killing me! In a good way.)
Ideally, I want the white dial on white dial on Jubilee. Although I'd need to see it in person, the blue Sunday is wicked-cool too. The green highlight Japan edition is super-cool for their rarity. But, prices are high and the green is out of place within the actual Thunderbird jets. Also, mine would be a daily wearer, vintage / rarities are not for me. I've had to put this on the back burner due to some major capital expenditures on my home. My intent was a bark finish DD but finding a clean example was becoming a tortuous and depressing affair. Not the prices so much as the overpolishing is very evident on older PM yellow gold. The WG models, while rarer and beautiful seem to fetch more than they're worth. (IMO) So, now that I've narrowed it down somewhat, in the new year I can resume my TOG with a clearer focus. Sent from my SM-A520W using Tapatalk |

I have to imagine a TOG with a roulette date dial has to be the funnest Rolex watches to wear. If I ever grow a Rolex collection I would have to put one in my collection.
