Should have had a red face. If you’re gonna do it, do it right.

Pity it’s only for the Asian market. I really want this piece. Aquanaut’s are so comfortable and versatile.

That's SGD, or USD24k. Still more expensive than the black 5167a though. As some have said, despite the USD24k, most applicants will end up without one.

Wonder how long it will take for them to be rolled out and delivered. If its quick, maybe thats why theres been a few less incomings for the standard 5167 as they have been producing these before announcement

Should be within the coming months. AD said all the applications have to be approved by Patek directly. I do not have information of cut off timing of the application though. This watch is meant as a "reward" for Asian clients. As I learnt during the gala dinner, there are approximately 2000 clients to be invited over the period of the Grand Exhibition. That said, most will end up without the 5167a since there will be only 300 to 500 pieces for each LE.

I did not apply for it because I'm not an Aquanaut fan, but understand why people like the red strap. It's quite a looker.

Neither am I, but would gladly buy it if offered. What was your favorite piece?

Should apply for the ladies travel time 7234. Just realized its in steel and not a G. Thats probably my favorite out of the releases. I am eagerly waiting to see when the platinum variant of the 5531 world time mr will come out. Seriously would consider getting it

Good choice. Everyone will be gunning for the 5167 so going for the ladies piece probably will be a higher chance of getting accepted. Who knows though, might be even worse

It looks like they didn’t spend much effort honestly. Red sunburst dial with black strap would have been better. I’d still love to have one. Good luck to all who put their name in the hat

Do you know how much the 7234a? It's stunning blue greyish dial.

most ugly patek i ever saw

It's about time people try to understand Patel is about finishing and complications.

Leave the trendy colors and steel sport watch hype for other brands.
.... are people gone go nuts for a 10 USD ugly strap and some red accents on the dial

its so patek unworthy

And that instagram generation needs to grow up fast !!!!

Yes its stunning. Pricing wise, it's at 34,000 Swiss francs, or 50,800 Singapore dollars. Very close to the 7234R.

What sort of accessories? Other than a different strap, I'm struggling to think of any.

You already have the 5930.

I like that but it looks out of proportion on my tiny wrist. Some Asians have even smaller wrist than me.. but at 300 pieces, it should sell out. Otherwise, pam66 is waiting at the fringe.
