I sent my GS Diver to the dealer that I purchased it from (who are no longer a GS dealer) and they sent it to Seiko USA Service. Seiko US does not service many GS models and mine was forwarded to Japan for repair. The entire cost was less than having a Rolex or similar watch serviced in the US.

Are they servicing Spring Drive in NJ also?

I was told they do not service any Spring Drives. My watch is the SBGA031 Diver and was sent to Japan. This was almost a year ago, so some things may have changed.
