The good Lord willing and the creek don't rise... (hope I got that one right)

and

Bless his heart. (this one I don't get, because sometimes it's said at odd times)

Ditto Carolina and Lisa! My pet peeve is the word "irregardless". It drives me crazy. I know it's in the dictionary, which even states that it's the word most frequently commented on with "there's no such word" even though there is.

The word makes me cringe, so I know exactly how you feel!
