He is saying the Daytonas that have updated clasp, chromalight and inner rehaut engraving. Kind of the "facelift" 116520 as the original that came out in the early 2000s had a smaller clasp without any rehaut engraving. These models came in around 2008/9 give or take? I believe V serial and beyond as M serial had older clasp but had rehaut engraving.
End of the day I do not think it matters which 116520 you have unless it's an early Panna which commands more money. The watch is now discontinued and they should all be pretty sought after. |

Yours sounds just like mine, is yours a white no APH dial too ? Seems most white dial with longer clasps have blue lume markers along with APH logo.

Nice, we have the more rare late model white dials then. Weird how I never see these floating around for sale. All the longer clasp models all have blue lume markers along w white APH dials.

Yea I agree. I always thought the whole APH thing was bizarre. Literally almost every white dial 116520 I’ve seen is an APH “error” dial lol. It’s more rare to have a correct dial without an error!

2001 "Panna Cream" Dial
Loving this watch... Just recently acquired it and can't seem to wear anything else since getting. I have to say, the dial is just captivating when you see it.

Hi guys! I have a Panna serial (K 2001), but it is almost white and can barely tell its cream/off-white. Have you noticed if yours still change overtime to be more cream? Anyone know if mine will stay white or turn cream and how to change that? Thanks

NS1125,
Congratulations on the Panna! I can’t say for sure as it is gradual. It will naturally weather from UV and different light conditions over time. Hard to say how quickly. Likely depends on how much it’s exposed by wearing it. I would never try to artificially rush the natural aging process however…. All in good time! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
