Thanks all.
I do believe it’s true. Passion, respect, developing relationships. I hadn’t bought anything from this guy before. The ROO is understandable. The RO is surprising. But he and I had communicated a bunch. And I think he saw I was a real customer for that day, and for the future. Whatever it was, I’m pumped. It worked out super.
