A Cartier tank with full gold bracelet would be gorgeous

Or a full gold Panthere de Cartier watch on full gold bracelet

I'd go Rolex if it were a DD36, but that's a huge DD for the lady. Stick to Patek out of those two.

I would go for the Day Date without the diamonds so you can wear it yourself to some days.. ;-)

Haha I’ll definitely be borrowing them time to time! Definitely thinks the PP suits her better. She’s tiny but loves to wear her watches big. The DD40 we are looking at is one without diamonds which isn’t available for comparison at the PP AD. Pics below of her with a DD36!

For the wedding itself it wont be too formal, typical Asian wedding in SEA where suits are optional due to weather! I think the PP is a winner but a DD36 needs serious reconsidering. \

THanks for all the advice! Much appreciated, will drop wrist shots when we finally make a decision.

PS: Love the Cartier but I think that’s something for another day

DD36, don't like watches on leather really and nothing out there beats a President bracelet

Much better than DD40 on her. Much better!

... and both my wife and I are a fan of larger watches on women... but too big (for a specific wrist size) pushes beyond fashionable and becomes comical.

I bought a Francaise the other day, very nice piece and cool bracelet, nicer than the plain Tank one.

Probably no watch at all for her wedding tbh. Save it for going away.

assuming that's her wrist in the photo? all other aspects aside, the PP looks much better IMO.

36mm yellow gold day date, diamond bezel, diamond markers, champagne dial, prez bracelet.....good for all occasions and water resistant to 100 meters. The elegant tool watch.
