For what it is worth, I inquired today on how long of a wait I could expect for a Explorer II Polar and was told about 6 months. Mind you, this is the same AD who sourced a BLRO (purchased) and a White Dial Daytona (passed), so I don't think the wait is getting any shorter. I also think the "lists" are somewhat arbitrary and vary from AD to AD as to whether they really exisit. I do know my AD keeps track of what I am interested in and calls me when something comes in. So there is an informal "list" at least in my case. Just my 2 cents.
