I just filled out the survey. I've had both good and bad experiences at Tourneau, most recently good. That is because I've become friends with a sales rep that advocated for me to get me my Pepsi when other reps who I've dealt with for years and bought watches from lied to my face about the availability of the watches I was looking for. I'll be pissed if they do away with the Tourneau warranties I bough for my watches.

Was never fond of Tourneau. I did like the used section for trying watches I was researching before buying from Trusted Sellers or my AD (Rolex/Tudor). The customer service wasn’t the best and the salesmen fibs were not appreciated.
