They already have far more demand than supply, so I can't see the incentive for such a major piece of work!

Currently a SS Daytona is 38.5 mm. Already small for a sport chrono.
If the case size will be altered, then probably Rolex will increase the size like brands as Zenith and AP have done with their EL Primero and RO chronos.. |

Personally don’t understand this fascination for miniature watches. Lucky for you there’s the new 2020 Piaget Altiplano at 2mm thickness and <36mm diameter

Yeh why not if the bits fitted and there was demand. Swiss watch sales are more popular in places where people would have smaller wrists whilst there are plenty of large ones for the big boned and or well padded people.
Guess will find out next yr if they release anything after the more pressing concerns |

Oh God no. It is small enough, too small. What we really need is a Daytona II at ~42 mm

Does it really? I wasn’t aware of that! Website says 40mm. Do you have any further references on that? That said it does sit brilliantly on my slimmer than average wrist! Thinking about it my DD36 and this one are very similar on the wrist. OP - To your original question - I am not sure Rolex would - Just my 2c. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
