Did you read the OP or did you just just look at the title and the picture?
He went to an AD and was given a pre-owned piece from the back.. and you hope more people can do that - just like it’s supposed to be.

Acetone ? Perhaps because its sold by an AD it is now registered on your name on the system .

Congratulations on the Sub! Its an essential piece.

Also - from reading the original post, lets keep things in perspective. OP bought a pre-owned Sub and paid the equivalent of > 10k USD for it. So lets not start waxing poetic about how people can still get SS pieces from AD's.. Because its still really bad out there for anyone without a large spending history.

The thing I find ironic is that an AD cant charge over MSRP for a new Sub, but can for a pre-owned sub. Seems upside down..

For sure, but the previous owner I'm sure was aware of it's secondary value when he offered it back to the AD

They confirmed by email that they changed ownership in the system and balance of warranty, everything is now under my name :)
