I don't know, these look nice but not new Rolex watch in 2020 nice. People have done the shark mod which is now an official watch, it wasn't that fantastic as a mod, and now as white gold for $39k, nah bruh.

For the first time since being an enthusiast, I seriously prefer the previous year. The thinner lugs are nice, but that's it.
I can't agree anymore with you. My biggest regret is I should have bought a Hulk and sell it right about now. (Sorry, green has never been a color that works with me hence why I passed on it).

It's still a new model.
Which is an old watch on an old strap. It's understandable if the Op didn't bother including it with the stuff people are actually talking about.

I'm not excited about any of this. In particular, the missing coloured sub dials seem like a step back to me, and I thought the older colours on the OP were nicer.

It's interesting that after several years of quietly slimming down, Rolex seems to want to go bigger again. Although, it remains to be seen what "41" actually means here, given Rolex's measurements elsewhere. It's not impossible that the new sub is exactly the same size as the current one, and the new OP just the size of a DJ.

I’m done I think. Most models now getting too large for my taste and the OPs that I had my eye on have been discontinued with the new dials doing nothing for me. Might now be the time for that 37mm black dial from GS.

I disagree with all the nay-sayers.

The new OPs are really cool and I’m betting anything once these are seen in the metal quite a few of you will be buyers.

I bet the farm that someone who has already commented ends up with one of those pink dials for a wife or Gf.

Solid update for the sub albeit a little anti climatic

So... other than being 41mm Is it the same case and lugs?
Lugs slightly slimmer? Bracelet still 20mm?

I was hoping for a 39mm sub. It's ok, i'm content with my bb58.

I'd like to say that I'll reserve judgement until I see the new one in person, but doubt my AD will get one to view.

Bit underwhelmed tbh

lugs are definitely thinner but to me it seems that the inter-lug distance is slightly more (i.e. I think the bracelet is now 21 mm or maybe even 22 mm). It probably still tapers nicely.

I hope the lug-to-lug distance is the same, if not smaller.

Eww, those changes to the OP line are terrible. The double indexes on all models and getting rid of the 39mm size? Both bad choices

Why on earth did they discontinue the best selling 39? This makes no sense at all.

I would have preferred a green or blue dial on the date subs.
I like the 41mm dial against the trimmed lugs.

Some of the new OP'S are hideous.

Seems lock down is affecting everyone even Rolex.

There is nothing at all classy about any of Rolex's releases this year IMHO.

If I were to walk into an AD now fully stocked with every new release, I don't think I'd take a single one of them.

I've never been drawn to subs, so the increase in size and mild bezel variations does nothing for me.

I'm a fan of the OP range generally, but these are monstrosities. They are the polar opposite of the classy OP models now discontinued (olive green 34, explorer dial blue 36, white and black 39s etc). The green dial intrigues me slightly and I reserve judgment, but that would have to be more as a 4th or 5th watch for novelty value.

Sky-dweller on a rubber... just what is the point.
I agree.. The Sky-Dweller on rubber ... OPs are ugly *vomit*.. white text on LB ...bigger sub ..... The kermit is cool but not on the same level as the hulk .

Big swing and miss honestly. This really feels like they let the Tudor designers into the Rolex HQ building and let them design this years creations .

Ya, it looks like the lug widths wider. Your right though hoping lug span is the same.

Looks to be a couple of new dials for the DD 36 as well. I’m sure that white roman dial wasn’t there before. Still no black sticks for the WG. My wallet is happy about that. I am not.

Buy the red and new iPhone colours.
In years to come, these will be the super rare iPhone dials that will be super rare ...
like who would buy them otherwise?

Am another one who thinks the update on the OP hasn’t been in line with what I perceive the Rolex should be

Yes, that would be great.

About the novelties, just "meh", nothing worth calling AD.

The OF SkyD pricing is shocking. I think they missed an opportunity there.
