Wouldn't worry about it - I declined one during the first lockdown after paying 50 percent deposit down. They will always sell it to someone else. It really isn't that hard to get imo.

Just make it known again when you are ready and I am sure they would get you another one quick. The one factor that will obviously work against you is the price rise that is supposedly happening next Jan. That will add substantially I feel to a watch that is already very expensive for TT.

Funny thing this just happened to me last night. This year I got 3 new watches, 2 recently, so I passed. AD said no worries can get sometime next year. Wouldn’t worry about it.

I wonder if they are moving inventory. I've got the call for one coming soon as well. I am not turning it down though. I love the watch and have lusted after it for a while. I will have to lower my 2021 budget though to be more sensible.

Sad state of affairs, if we (potential buyers) are afraid of saying no to their AD for the fear of punishment later on, isn't it?

You did the right thing by not buying the watch you were not ready for. It is not like it is going to sit in your ADs showroom for too long. If anything, they should appreciate your pass and know you are a true buyer not a flipper.
