I'd be curious to know the definite lug length and also your respective wrist sizes. I have a 6.75" wrist and feel the 41mm may be a little large but 38mm too small. I have tried both a while back but remain torn and both are sold now so a nother side by side comparison is improbable.

Any gents on here own a 38mm?

Might be the lack of sports bezel and more dial that's causing my perception headaches.

I get on fine with my GMT II.

I've a 6.5in wrist. As far as lug to lug dimension, I just measured 48mm. I like the way it fits my wrist.

I'm thinking more 41mm.

I'm not sure. Plated and capped I think. The PRX has solid gold bezel.

Not until I've totally outstayed my welcome by making multiple inane TROG posts with no pictures.

I've actually put it to one side to enjoy the unboxing once the kids go back to the ex for her week and it's a bit less chaotic. I also set a few goals to be achieved before wearing it. Mostly ticked off.

In a very instant world it's nice to introduce a degree of patience and anticipation into the equation. Have to say I'm itching to wear it. These are highly underrated watches in my opinion. Power reserve leaves a bit to be desired but the quality is very much Rolex.

I spent ages pondering which option to grab, but went from 41mm blue to buying 38mm black. The 41mm felt slightly too big, i liked it, but found the 38mm a tad more balanced. These are so cool.

As you can see from the back-posts here I've been going around in a circle for bloody ages.

The close up wrist shots made the watch look/feel big. Close up wrist shots always do. I agree that the last picture does look ok.

I watched a bunch of YouTube reviews at the weekend where the wearers mostly referenced their wrist sizes and that helped push me towards the 38mm. That has a 45mm lug to lug which is the same as my 5 digit sub, yachtmaster and GMT. It's also closer to the 36mm Oysterquartz that I love but always found too small. Happy medium I guess.

Man I love the Oysterquartz, in a way this is the modern iteration of that I've been longing for, just with a different name on the dial.

I'd love it if they made a rose gold two tone version or rainbow etc etc. I've gone from a lifelong s/s man towards t/t and full pm with gems in the space of 3 years. old age I guess.

I'm a bit confused. The only photos I see are of you with the 41mm on your wrist in blue and black. I take it you're still waiting to unbox it? I can't wait to see the real thing!!!

Unfortunately, Tudor doesn't make your watch. Fortunately, Tissot does...

Somehow, I just don't get the allure of the Tissots. Not for me. It took them a while to release the auto models. I do think the 80 hour reserve is pretty sweet however.

While I personally like the angularity of the Tissot, and am a fan of a TT watch that still has an all-steel bracelet, the one you posted is definitely more what he was after. However, don't think that one had come out yet when he first started searching.

Yes, I guess you're right; it's a recent release. On the other hand, Swatch hasn't done much to help Tissot's standings. Getting close to a department store brand. Not much heritage left.

I'm keen on the blue dial, but tried on both 38 and 41mm recently in TT

the bracelet is fun and is the big selling point for me. reminds me of the comfort of the jubilee but with a more modern, wider stance.

Due to its quirks yet legitimate DNA to the Oysterquartz, I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes a hit/classic when it inevitably gets discontinued

Just found this thread! Does anyone have the salmon dial? I got on the list for mine right when they came out. I had to wait almost a year which is funny to think about now that they're easily attainable below msrp. Great value and a great-looking watch. I don't love the clasp and the back is a bit slab-like (slides around my wrist a bit much) but aside from that it punches above its weight for sure.

Howdy all, looking at a 34mm in black or blue for the spouse. Was told point blank at a Ben Bridge in expensive mall setting they can't order, just allocation "Just like Rolex". Salesperson was incredibly rude.

Haven't yet discussed with another location, but we tried on some models at Tudor boutique (also Ben Bridge) in HI while visiting and they were very friendly.

Due to various sizes and dial combinations, there are surprisingly not that many available grey and prices are not that much lower than retail...so not really worth pursuing IMO. Maybe if it was a hype size/piece.

Are these models "order-able"?
