Nice!!! So they have been hoarding that oyster Batman for you since May 2021? Interesting. Yes, they received their first shipment on or about May 2021, second to 4th week. Not sure if they would hoard that piece for several months, but okay.

Huge congrats, but I am so much more interested in the jewelry acquisition, bracelet, pendant, necklace, etc. at 6,100.00. Can you please post a picture?

Had zero intentions of purchasing a watch. Was there to purchase my wife a birthday gift that I special ordered a while back.

You mean tens of thousands worth of jewelry with huge profit margins for the AD? Gotcha.

God bless you. My AD told me the same thing. I didn't and I DO NOT believe them. And I have an AMAZING "relationship" with my AD, and you know when I got mine? Beginning of June.

Huge congratulations again. They are lucky to have you, both your family and the AD.

I have bought less than 10k of Jewelry outside of watches from my AD. So your assumption is wrong.

OK so maybe no 10k worth, but my point still stands. AD's love jewelry purchases. Every time I go to my AD they ask, need anything for the wife? Because they make most of their profit off jewelry and they'll reward you for that.

Congrats. Great pickup

As far as the other jewelry comments from others?

Well let’s be honest it helps. I’ve also bought jewelry from my A D but all stuff I was gonna buy anyway just like you. So I don’t see it as any type of bundling I see it as an added bonus.

I needed all that other stuff so why not buy it from my A D and maybe even push me up the rung a tad higher. That’s a win win

Out comes the owner with my new Batman on Oyster. It is the first one they have received. Man I am stoked!

That 20k you spent on jewelry yesterday really built a relationship.

Congratulations. It’s a great reference. I agree with you that some AD’s are great to work with. It’s how we interact with them that is most important. Wear your new watch in good health.

You’re absolutely correct . Plus there is no such thing as a ‘waitlist’. It’s all about relationships. Congrats BTW
