Right-handed and have always worn my watch on my left wrist. Never even tried it on the right wrist, would feel weird.

Write with right hand; draw with left; hold utensils and tools with left, throw both right and left. Wear watch on left wrist but never had a destro watch, I would be fine wearing on right wrist.

Aside from the look, I think it's more awkward for anyone to use a crown on the left to wind, set time/date, etc. Just weird using your left hand to do this.
