Biased but BLRO. If you really think you like the look of the BLNR better but the history of the BLRO better, only you can decide which you value more!

When the original BLNR came out, I too, thought it was the best looking current Rolex model. I was fortunate to get “the call” for it the summer the new Batman was released July 2019. To this day, it is still my FAVORITE watch. However, I can see your point about owning two jubilee bracelet watches ... complimenting my Batman is my black Daytona on oyster — one thing I really like is having both classic Rolex bracelets. Having said that, the jubilee is much more comfortable vs. oyster.

Lastly, I wonder if Pan-Am was approaching Rolex in the current day which model they would select between the Pepsi and the Batman? I have a feeling “history” would have been written differently.

Both great watches. Would be great if you could get both and swap the bracelets between them. I have a BLNR oyster and BLRO jubilee. Honestly, it’s a coin toss.

Not a big GMT fan but I would go with the black and blue variant.

OP I like the black/blue color scheme more. That'd be my pick. You can always swap the bracelets to your preference.

I own both, from an AD this year and exactly as you listed them. There isn’t a wrong choice, pick the one that you prefer.

Personally I wear the BLNR more, because I don’t want the polished center links of the BLRO gettting scratched to hell from daily use. Also, you can ask the dealer to swap bracelets if you prefer the BLRO and want to wear it daily.

Guess that’s a good predicament to be in. From what you have said, I’d say Pepsi mainly because of the bracelet diversity for your collection. It may also be easier to source the Batman/girl in the future or trade the Pepsi in for one. If you want to be more under the radar though, I would go Batgirl. Let us know what you decide. Good luck!

I always found the BLRO to have more of a personality. That would be my choice.

Which watch do you like best?

For every day used BLNR it’s more practical, but my dream watch black Daytona and I think it will be best team.

I have both on jubilee.
Tough call to be honest.

If I one day I have to keep only one it will be the BLRO because of the more vibrant colors, but it will be on jubilee. GMT can be a more formal watch and the jubilee fits it perfectly.

Haven’t worn BLNR once since getting the BLRO. Go BLRO for the win!

I would figure out how to buy both and have a great two watch GMT Rolex collection. Swap the bracelets between them for different looks. I own both watches on the Jubilee and think it is one of the most comfortable bracelets on the market. If I had to choose between the two, it would be the Pepsi but on the Jubilee.

Personally, I would do the BLRO. It's classic. It's modern. There is a ton of depth to the colors and they look awesome in different lighting conditions/from different angles.

Agreed, I think that you answered your own question.

Also, I’ve seen some Pepsi’s that look great and some that look more pink than red. Also, I prefer a GMT on Jubilee. It’s not a sports watch.

In any event, there is not a wrong choice between these watches, just personal preferences.

Jealous! Personally, if given the choice, I'd choose the Batman/girl.

Get the BLNR and then pony up for a WG Pepsi. You'll have both and problem solved.

You're welcome.

I would go for the BLRO - you already have the DJ with the Jubilee and this would add something a little different. I had the OG Batman on the oyster but never liked the PCL - I did put it on a blue Everest band that I liked a lot more than the oyster but it eventually left the collection for something else. I do have the BLRO on a Jubilee and love it...you could always get an additional bracelet down the road as a few other posters said. Either way, they are both awesome watches. If you don't trade often then the resale value is not a consideration.

Would your AD let you swap bracelets between the two? Is that allowed? Different reference numbers maybe?
