For ne it's the Bluesy, followed by the platinum dial of the Yacht-Master.

Meteorite.

Every dial is unique, and there's something special about wearing something that's as old as the formation of our planet (Gibeon meteorite ~4 billion years) on your wrist.

5513 MkI Maxi. Love the big tritium indices, and the way the dome distorts them.

I’m still a fan of the vintage Stella dials…
Rare, Rare; and oh by the way, RARE...
The new iteration of them in the op collection is nice but just not quite at the same level IMO.

The black 16520 for symmetry purposes and the matte dial divers (Sub, SD) for the cool factor.

Of the ones I’ve seen in person, the platinum Yachtmaster dial, the ice blue dial of the Platona, and the blue dial of the Bluesy 16613.

I haven’t seen meteorite in person but it looks amazing.

I saw photos of a blue boiler gauge dial with applied Deco-style gold Arabic indices (on a 5-digit TT DJ) that looked great.

All the dials mentioned here are beautiful in their own right but for me, nothing beats the piano or "ink" black glossy dial ... classic and timeless

Probably the 1016 Explorer. Would be amazing if Rolex brought back that 3, 6, 9 "font" to the Explorer, even if they keep the white gold surrounds as per modern references.

It’s a toss up between these 2.

Both have to be seen in person.

Pictures simply don’t do them justice.

I’ve always appreciated both pyramid dials and linen dials. However, a Rolex sunburst blue dial always seems to calls out to me as well.

Meteorite has got to win the crowd in the here and now

However, here are some of my favorites:

Pave Daytona with enamel index numbers. This model came in two versions, one with black numerals and one with blue numerals

MOP daytonas. Rolex MOP is gorgeous and these have lots of life and play in the dials.

Malachite day-date. I think they make one now with diamond index, but the vintage version without any index always struck me. The tiger eye version is awesome too

I imagine the tiger eye has a lot of life and movement to it as well

Oh that symmetry... so much better than the 116520... what were they thinking?
