In that scenario it would have to be the GMT. When civilisations fall, the only time stamp left will be GMT....never lose track of it.

Easy answer for me, Explorer 1 39mm. More comfortable than a gmt, and tough as nails all the same.

I would wear my explorer because it seems to have the best lum out of all my rolex and you never know when you'll need to check the time in the dark during a zombie apocalypse.

The main objective will be to make the zombies think I don’t have a brain for them to eat. With that in mind… I’ll wear a Hublot

Since I don’t have a G Shock, I will have to settle for my Sub date.

Sky-dweller. I can live without leap year and G-shocks are gonna run out of juice eventually.

If the question is Rolex-specific, then my 124060. If just any watch, then definitely my G-Shock Rangeman.

My choice would be GS spring drive from the sports line. Super accurate, no batteries and very capable.

This

Casio G-Shock GW-9400

Solar, waterproof, practically indestructible, blackout for stealth, compass, barometer, altimeter, etc, etc.

About 1000 times more robust and useful in a Zombie Apocalypse than any Rolex will ever be

Op's question was which Rolex would you wear? For me it is the Explorer 1 36mm. Rugged and sized perfectly to compliment functionally. Visible but not in the way.

Cospas-Sarsat will most likely be out of operation. Those listening on 406MHz (sats) won't be much help while those listening on 121.5MHz will no longer be human...
