I have a rough one. I paid upfront in full a SIGNIFICANT amount of money for a RG Diamond dial diamond bezel Rolex Daydate to an AD with a promise for a delivery time Of 6 months I waited the 6 months and checked in periodically with them. Every time I did check in they seemed highly annoyed with me. finally after the 6 months had passed I called and it will wasn’t there and they were still smug and annoyed that how dare I call them so I cancelled the order with them and and got a full refund. When I told them to cancel the order they jumped all over themselves to save the deal. “ let us call the rep and see if we can get an answer”. I was done and frankly if they called me today and offered me any Rolex piece I would pass on it. My guess because of their poor business principals they won’t be around for much longer.
