Surprised that no one else has mentioned this up to now but there’s a new AP House opening in the North of England.

I think they choose Hamburg for the customers from Denmark.

Somewhat related question. My home boutique is an AP/Material Good joint venture location. I recently traveled internationally and visited an AP House. I was just planning to check it out but they offered me a watch and I jumped at the opportunity. Would this affect me negatively at my home boutique? I had thought that AP was one umbrella so to speak so it wouldn't necessarily matter where you purchased from but the joint venture nature of my hole boutique is making me second guess.

AP House in meatpacking district in NYC. Nondescript small AP at single door leads to a rather grand AP House above an Italian restaurant. Almost like a speakeasy entrance.

This is false. If you break up the world into Americas, Asia and Europe, Asia gets the lions share with only 15% making it to the Americas. “Flagships” will always get quite a bite more (AP House London, AP Paris, AP houses HK, AP House Tokyo, etc). AP Mykonos or Venice will get substantially less Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

But in terms of "regions" it was 11% Middle East, 16% Americas, 33% Europe and 40% Asia in 2020.

Yeah... no.
Not sure why some people believe that actually. Quote:
Asia is way bigger, specially if we count Middle East too, and well Europe as a whole gets also a lot more than America. |

https://swisswatches-magazine.com/bl...ry-bennahmias/ - Q3, interview is a bit older from 3 years ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skRlBWlOPYE&t=2014s - 5 months ago, 33:20, in French but subtitles are available https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHx8fdShDWE&t=674s - 8 months ago, 10:54, in French but subtitles are available Region wise, Asia and Europe are probably bigger, but per county - USA is number one. That's also obvious with the number of boutiques / houses, there are zero boutiques in Canada and South America. |

even more surprising for Canada overall, looking at its ranking in terms of total number of UHNWI in the country (more than e.g., Japan, if Google is to be believed). Elsewhere AP seems to follow the money with their boutique locations, but somehow Canada is SOL.
