Congrats and wear the watch in good health - the folks around here are great people with very rare exception. Welcome!

BTW - I love cars too and am glad you shared the pic of the watch and car! The mystique of the prancing horse is beautiful. More power to you. Safe motoring!

Vince.

Welcome 96'993. Love the watch and car. I'm guessing you have a Porsche also to go with your name?

How about a gentle reminder about decorum.

I think you'll find that cars and Rolex watches are a popular combination on various forums. Some of the best collectors I know (and great gentlemen) also have an affinity for upscale autos.

Wish I could afford one.

Screw the haters! Congrats on the watch and show more flicks of your ride.

I would post pictures of my Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Reventon and Mclaren F1 but, ah, eh, um....my camera is broken, yeah, that's it...my camera is broken!

Dude, its a ROLEX site....the stigma of arrogance and narcissism is already in play....might as well pile it on with a great Ferrari shot.

For the record, I have been looking at 355F1 on ebay all of a sudden....

Welcome to the forum! Watch looks great in that car. What made you want the 4 seater if you don't mind me asking? I don't see too many of those around! Good friend of mine has several older Ferraris, a couple 308s, Testarossa, and some mid-engine 4 seater that looks terribly proportioned to me. I keep hoping for the invite to drive one

Glad to see it's a standard! Can't stand seeing automatics, even paddle shifters, in these cars. Beautiful car.

What a stupid comment coming from a guy that talks about cigars and his yacht on a Rolex forum...

Welcome to the forum and congrats on a beautiful watch and one heck of a car.

Nice wrist shot.

Nicer ride!

You could have used this model for the picture!

It would have accentuated the logo as it did mine!

Welcome to TRF, 96'993 if, in fact, that IS your real name!

Welcome!

I think its a great shot and an excellent choice for your first time piece! Not sure what the hostility was for in that earlier reply - we welcome creative pictures all the time!!

Keep them coming my friend!

Well I love 355's but 456 is a little more Practical, A little Low key (Compared to other Ferrari's)
And Best of all one of the Easiest Ferrari's to Maintain.
355 for example needs Engine out to do alot of the service work, This doesent.

Great pic and ignore the hater.
The yellow around the horse really lights up the gold in the TT, wish I could get a pic like that myself but I think the dealer would look at me like I was crazy sitting in the taking a pic of my watch in his cars haha.
Do you have a 993? 96 was the first year for them wasn't it? Porsche sure did some BIG advances when they made the 993.

Hi 96'993,

I have the watch now I want the car.

Great pix of both.

Enjoy wearing it.

As for you BH I will say it hasn't been nice knowing you and I hope I don't see any more posts from you.

An urgent apology is in order.

WHOA!! One silly statement like that and look at the number of unhappy posts you've managed to generate.

We talk about virtually everything under the sun on this forum - NOT just watches......and with just 11 posts under your belt, you've got the gall to come in all guns ablazing. Not a very nice way to make friends on this wonderful forum of ours.

To the OP.......great looking watch and a fabulous car!! Enjoy them both and live life to the full!!

Cheers - JJ
