anoying but not provable so they will say it was not them, a friend of mine took his 1016 for a service to a Rolex approved repairer, when i came back paint on the outter edge of the dial had been scratched etc.

He sent the watch to Rolex who were able to sort the dial out however they also noted that there was way to much oil in the movement and that some relacement non rolex parts had been used. They sorted everything out for him and the approved centre were in Rolex's words 'retrained'
