stop having your ad mess with it. they have proved 3 times they don't know how to do it. sent it to the rsc and tell them how many times the ad has messed with it, they will fix it.

I had a similar problem with the date wheel and this was less than a year after I sent it to RSC-NY for service. Additionally, Dallas removed a piece of lint that NY left in the crown on the dial.
