What I've heard is that they only want watches coming in from AD's and that having walk in traffic wasn't boosting efficiency of the service center. They are ramping up their watch repair program for the CPO process with their paid watchmaker training program and streamlining the RSC. As a Dallas resident living walking distance from the RSC-not a positive.
