I have one serious question regarding this "idea":

Do I need to use some expensive plastic protector to protect the keys?

Anyway, if you have the keys with you, you have no extra protection. If you don't, your wrist will be in more danger than ever. And my last comment, replacing the original Rolex clasp to this expensive... thing... well, this is probably the dumbest idea I've ever heard.

I mean, why make the clasp seemingly more secure than the bracelet, which could just be removed with a simple screwdriver?
As others have said, could help sight of hand theft, would be worried about violence escalation and resulting injury.
Something like « the weak link » concept?

No thanks.

If a thief wants my watch and they’re intent on getting it, I’m handing it over. No one dies or gets hurt over a watch

If a thief yanks hard enough, he will probably break the spring bars anyway.
Then the bracelet will detach from the watch.

This clasp only works with a slight of hand theft. Get a group of guys surrounding you, they're gonna get it off of your wrist no matter what! You're going to end up with an injury in ADDITION to no watch!
