126710 RONR would only make sense.
If they do release one for the 70th anniversary I wonder if they would retire one of the existing GMTs.
Or for a good gut punch to those wishing for SS, release it only in white gold.

The 126710BLRO is an iconic Rolex, highly doubtful they will ever replace it. That's like them discontinuing the Submariner.

Since I have a 16710 I was going to skip the ceramic but since you said people have zero chance to get one I will now sign up for it when it drops.

Well the whole tread is dumb? But who cares! We are all just having fun.
So I’m dumb? Okay with that…

I never said the BLRO is getting replaced by anything, just a name change from Pepsi to the spider man.

I’m glad to see you are so smart! Happy Holidays!

Cheers,

Your join date is 2023. I have had this account a decade longer and it was already “is it safe to” so I’m wondering when this golden era was?

My only issue with this image is that the 24 hour hand isn't as visible as it could be, maybe it needs to be bigger or bolder, maybe a different colour.

Otherwise it looks great and would definitely tempt me.

Can we start small by banning those who refer to a new white dial Daytona as a “Panda”?

Platinum with a display case back and baguette markers would be an immediate buy. Might be weird with an ice blue dial and Coke bezel though.

About a year or three ago my wife advised me to pay attention to the 'fads' the kids like. New generation, new 'customs', their 'influence' and 'style'.

Just the way of the world today PADI. Even David Bowie knew... ch-ch-changes. Tho yes, the good ol' days were genuine and glorious. Some have said it is now a lot of story telling versus substance.

Why worry about 'fads', they come, they go, who cares?
