Heck no! I think they complement each other very nicely. I own the polar dial and have been considering picking up a black model as well for quite some time.

I own both the black and white dial 21's and really enjoy them So different with the dial color they are really different looking watches.

The Movement inside the 216570 is a 3187 and is only used in the reference 216570.

I own a BD 216570 and love the Ghost Hands.

The 3285 Movement is Not as reliable as the 3185/3186 or 3187.

The matt Dial with its colour between black and brown fits the toolwatch pefect

Them are both gorgeous watches but I Prefer the 216570.
