Ouch, tough break, Brian, sorry to hear. I’m assuming custom ski boots/insoles don’t do the trick.

At least there’s fresh air and après ski to enjoy if you make it out to the mountains!

My Pam661 Carbotech has their P.9010 in-house movement so I let Panerai do it but will ask Rikki next time if he can service it.
