They also came with matching boxes! Don't think I could wear one, but I do like the look.

I've seen these in diamond dials for those that think Roman dials are too busy.

If you like it, I would get one. It’s an interesting watch. Make sure you are really getting the full set and don’t overpay.

I like it, but I would change the strap personally.

They’re neat. Not for me personally. I do like some of the colors and uniqueness of them all. I just don’t care much for the straps or the Roman numerals. Overall they are cool though in their own way.

Personally the beach Daytonas have always been an interesting niche within the Rolex world, they’re rare, the blue dial version is stunning and might definitely gain more recognition in the future.

A couple of years ago you could simply order any of the four dials and have it installed in a regular 116519 or even full WG 116509. Yes, this was possible via the official AD/RSC route! Prices for pink and yellow dial (MOP) about 2500EUR , green chrysoprase (stone) was a lot more expensive, about 5500EUR. Dont remember price of the blue. Not sure what the situation is today regarding this policy but be VERY careful paying huges premiums for these. More then half the pieces on in the market are “reconfigurated” regular 116519’s . Many from Japan.
