Incoming!

First post on this thread and it's on my new RM67-02! My first RM and I've been really lucky and just overjoyed to receive this allocation from the boutique. With the borders opening up between HK and China, I'll definitely take it with me on my next track day!

Lol not for tracking anything. I love watching F1 and all the drivers sponsored by RM are usually seen wearing a 67-02 so I just equate that watch with racing. It's also why I requested this piece from the boutique. If I ever get allocated a Rafa, I'd definitely take it with me to play tennis.

As your first RM, did you have to wait long for this particular model and configuration?

Everyone’s wait is definitely different, mine was a few months. I was offered other pieces but turned them down as they didn’t fit my taste.

On the RM website I noticed pictures of the rm30 with tpt case (see pic). Is this a new/recently updated offering?
This really looks great.

No it has been out for a few years, I believe it was released in 2019, it is a Japan LE. The most recent and last release for the rm030 is the ultimate edition.

Ah, thank you, B. I knew you’d know.
This tpt case configuration is surreal.

Bingo, that is the ultimate edition, you can tell from the dial and crown.

Guys for those of you that own a rm030 or rm011, is it possible to wear it under a blazer or suit sleeve?

RM030 yes, but it’ll be tight, RM11 is thicker and unlikely depending on your wrist size.

+1.

Zero chance you will get a 011 to fit under your dress shirt, maybe a slim chance under a blazer but unlikely at 16mm thick, it just wears very large. The 030 I could not get under my dress shirt cuff but could under a blazer sleeve. Would gravitate to a 72 or 67-01 if you want to get under a dress shirt, both pair well with a suit, especially the latter of the two. I suppose the only caveat is your style of dress shirts, mine are custom made and tailored to me, thus the cuffs are probably a bit more narrow than standard.

Love your RMs, with the RM72, do you happen to have a velcro strap for that as well?

Thank you! Hoping for a 65 next and or 67-02 then my RM journey is likely over.

I do, a white velcro but did not like how it paired to the lightness of the 72 case. Just a personal preference, the velcro is very rigid and the titanium case being so light felt awkward on my wrist. Wore the velcro once and didn't like how the case sat/positioned to my wrist. Much prefer the rubber straps for the 72, the velcro pairs exceptional to my 030 though.

I think this is mostly preference as I have several friends with a 67-02 and velcro strap which is lighter than the 72 and they enjoy it.

I just purchased a 63-02 Worldtimer. RM says it’s a 47mm but it wears smaller. Quite the contrast between the 63 and the 67.

I’m a huge fan of the brand but cost will likely keep me from ever owning one.

That said, I loved the older collaborations with AirBus. Has anyone had experience with, or even seen one of them? I’m pretty sure production was limited to 10 pieces, at least for the white iteration

New RM07s in ntpt just dropped, I think they look really great. Hoping they will bring the same colourful ntpt to the men's line in the future.

Has anyone heard anything about the successor of the RM-030?
