Our livestock is pumped up with GMO corn and grain, antibiotics, and growth hormones. Anything produced outside the US will be better unless you're kicking out big dollars for grass-fed start to finish. Watch the movie Food, Inc. a real eye opener.

We’re back together and now it’s time to visit family and address some issues going on there. Better than politics (assisted living or all day in home care for mom, and alcohol abuse after losing my dad a year ago for my stepmom) but might have the same effect.

Looks fantastic Larry. We’re in Alabama and went to my 91 yo mother’s for thanksgiving. I picked up a smoked turkey, green beans, collard greens, mashed potatoes/gravy, and sweet potato casserole from a local BBQ joint and it was fantastic, but no pictures.

Relaxing by the fire tonight before we start driving home tomorrow.
