Danish Christmas Eve dinner....
.
Started with Risengrřd, tradition I sumimse, tho often as a desert...with the almond somewhere in the pot..Whoever gets the almond gets the gift. With us, it's a 50/50 chance...hahaha.. Then the duck, red cabbage and sugar browned potatoes and gravy wherever you want it... Plus some nice red and white wine of course. The Sangria was the almond prize...
.
Damn good as always...

Really nice spread Thomas, and thanks for sharing your tradition. After looking at the pics I imagined I was in Denmark. Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Roger thanks for showing me a side of RVing I never knew existed. That filet and asparagus plate puts most restaurants to shame!

Jamey that Char Siu has got me on an Asian kick, going to do a stir fry in a day or two. How did you do the crispy broccoli stir-fried or deep fried?

Lasagna looks over the top!!!

Sprayed with coconut oil and hot oven, 400-450 with convection. Just make sure they’re spaced so they don’t steam.

Seasoned with herbamare. That stuff is great on everything!

..That..is so cool, 'camping out', kinda of... in your own neighborhood..
Reminds me of having BBQ breakfast in Cunningham Park, Queens as a kid...
