Like the unique editions for Mayer and Travis they made platinum edition unique piece for Kaws and some yellow gold for "friends and family"... so we will not see any of these for sale... or wait... AP family and friends are not among the loyal ones, so these yg will welcome the gray market soon...

Honestly some of the recent things were hit or miss (don't really like the 16202 Kaws AT ALL).

That said, I'd prefer they try things out vs Paket which after 25y could basically muster up the creative strength to make their Nautilus square or Rolex, which pretends to be groundbreaking by changing the lugs of their existing watch by 0.3mm per iteration...

It was actually introduced one year prior to the 50th anni as the 15202pt. Then had a one year run as the 50th for the 16202 before discontinuation.

The platinum is sublime in person along with the weight of the watch, quite splendid, was able to try it on when they launched the 50th collection in 2022. Dial does remind me of a radar sonar screen though. I've seen them now go for ~$160-$170k which I think is a great value and hidden gem. Would love to add one in the future, would pair well with the 15202bc.

~90k CHF for the 15202pt, can't recall on the 16202pt but I would suspect closer to ~100k-110k CHF (price hike + 50th + new movement), believe it was POR.

Would love to see how hard BMG material is
